REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Abba Academy LTD or associates may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation (both students and parents alike) in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based or digital without refund or waiver of remaining payments if:
• you become disruptive or difficult to work with;
• you fail to follow our guidelines;
• you defame our services in any form; or
• at our sole discretion we deem your participation professionally harmful
or for any other reasoning we deem fit.
If you wish to cancel, send an email to support@abbaacademy.com requesting cancellation within the 7 days of starting and we will issue you a refund, please bear in mind that payments are made through Stripe and therefore there is a time delay in receiving your refund of up to 10-12 working days in some instances.
There will be a processing fee applied of £50 on the refund. Please note that you will be refunded the value of a Group Session (ONLY) equivalent package (10 hours, 20 hours or 40 hours) if you purchased the 1:1 Tutoring and Group Sessions Packages. This is to make up for the losses incurred in time, administrative resources, subscriptions and otherwise. Group Sessions (ONLY) packages will be refunded, approximately 75% of the tuition package fee, for the same reasoning as stipulated above. This is to make up for the losses incurred in time, administrative resources, subscriptions and otherwise. By purchasing this product you consent to these terms in full.
